What We Believe At LIFELONG

With the 1000s of hours our team has spent training clients, we have come to realise what is most important. We want our clients not only thinking of the short term goals, but also their long term health for the future. We have clients ranging from 15 years old to 95 years old. The earlier you start the process the stronger you will be, but no age is too late!

What Is Personal Training

Personal Training is a chance for you to take your health and fitness to the next level. At LIFELONG we help people build a plan that not only encourages a healthy lifestyle but one that is long lasting. 

 

Your goals can be short, medium or long term...they can be build muscle, fit into those jeans again, or walk up and down the stairs with ease. We will be able to provide the knowledge and guidance to get you there safely and efficiently...and all with a smile on your face!

Goal Setting

Training without goals is like sailing without a destination. You don't actually get very far. You need to have something to work towards. This can be a simple fat loss goal, walk up the stairs, increase your squat weight or just feel fitter.

Personalised

Everyone has the ability to reach their goals, but often try and use generic fitness videos or AI. However this can be not only dangerous but it may not be based on your specific needs. All training we provide is personalised to each client depending on their needs.

Fun

We know that training needs to be taken seriously if you really want to reach those all important goals. However living your life in a balanced way is the best way. Train hard but most importantly have fun with it!

1-2-1 Personal Training

Work alongside one of our trainers to make your training not only effective but fun!​

From £60/hr

Small Group Training

Want to train as a family or small group? Training with friends or family can make training more fun, but also some extra competition always helps.​

£35/hour per person

Online Coaching &

Support

All our clients have access to our app, allowing us to upload training plans and check on their progress. We also offer a purely online coaching service. Please contact us for more details.​
