What does our Personal Training involve?
Our Personal Training involves providing our clients with tailored 1-2-1 coaching. Beginning with a FREE initial consultation to work out your needs and goals. You will then move to your personalised sessions aimed at getting you to your health and fitness goals.
What can LIFELONG can offer you?
Jon & Oli have been Personal Training for over 40 years combined. This means you get a wealth of experience when working with this team. We want to bring health to everyone of all ages. Teach young teenagers to life weights correctly, help people lose that stubborn excess weight and make sure you can still walk up those stairs as your body gets a bit older.
What does a training session look like?
A training session is very much based around your goals. A 60 minute session will always begin with a warm up to reduce any risks of injury. Followed by your tailored programme and ending with cool down stretches. All sessions are based on your fitness and ability.
What is MyPThub?
At LIFELONG clients have access to an App called MyPThub. This gives trainers and clients direct contact to exchange fitness programmes, check ins, weight changes, workouts completed and much more.
